Error 1904 during Acctivate Installation
Failure to install SAP Crystal Reports Runtime Engine component file during Acctivate installation may indicate that SentinelOne Antivirus is blocking the installation.
SentinelOne can block DLL registration during the Crystal Reports Runtime install. Since firewall exclusions are unknown at this time, the suggested workaround is to temporarily disable or uninstall SentinelOne before updating Acctivate, then reinstall if after a successful installation.
Error 1904. Module C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86\crtslv.dll failed to register. HRESULT -1073741819. Contact your support personnel.
