Error returned from ShipStation: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
This error might be returned by ShipStation when exporting orders.
While unlikely, it's possible to receive the following error when exporting orders from Acctivate to ShipStation:Error returned from ShipStation: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Unfortunately, the error doesn't indicate the cause of the problem and resolution. However, the first thing to check is whether or not at least one manual store exists in your ShipStation account.
When orders are exported from Acctivate to ShipStation, the orders will import into the first active manual store. If no manual store is active, the above error may be returned.
