[Mobile WMS](https://hub.acctivate.com/articles/troubleshoot?hsLang=en#mobile-wms) April 14, 2025 # HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found error received loading Mobile webservice ## HTTP Error 404.3 will display after installing the desktop application of Acctivate WMS mobile if the these web services are not installed: IIS Management Capability, IIS Management Console, ASP.NET 4.7, or Static Content. 1. Open Control Panel. 2. Select Programs. 3. Go to "Turn Windows Features on or off" under Program Features. 4. Turn Windows features on or off. 5. Check Internet Information Services> Web Management Tools> IIS Management Compatibility. 6. Check Internet Information Services> Web Management Tools> IIS Management Console. 7. Check Internet Information Services> World Wide Web Services> Application Development Features> [ASP.NET](http://asp.net/) 4.7. 8. Check Internet Information Services> World Wide Web Services> Common HTTP Features> Static Content. 9. Install any missing service. 10. Click OK when the service finishes installing. Close Control Panel. 11. Refresh the http://localhost/ACCTHandheld/ page.  12.
