This includes all transactions within a 10 minute period since the last successful sync. To change this setting, click the Options + link on the Sync with QuickBooks window. By default, the Acctivate synchronization will be set to run a Full Sync. The Full Synchronization includes all transactions within a 10 minute period since the last successful sync. To change this setting, you'll need to click the **Options +** link on the **Sync with QuickBooks** window to see what's available: ![New sync](https://hub.acctivate.com/hs-fs/hubfs/New%20sync.jpg?width=337&name=New%20sync.jpg) After clicking the **Options +** link, you'll be able to change the synchronization to only do portions of the process: ![SyncOptions-1](https://hub.acctivate.com/hs-fs/hubfs/SyncOptions-1.png?width=321&height=326&name=SyncOptions-1.png) | **Synchronization Options** | | | --- | --- | | Full Sync | Sync all transactions within 10 min of the last clean sync. | | Chart of Accounts and Code Tables | Cannot modify | | Enable verbose sync logging | Used to enable the verbose log in your next sync. Off by default, and should only be checked when troubleshooting with Acctivate support. | | **Accounts Receivable** | | | Customers and Invoices | Sync customers and invoices within the specified time period | | Customers | Only sync customers without including invoices | | None | Do not sync Accounts Receivable transactions | | **Accounts Payable** | | | Vendors and Invoices | Sync vendors and invoices within the specified time period | | Vendors | Only sync vendors without including their invoices | | None | Do not sync Accounts Payable transactions | -
