Resolving the error "Execute with results failed for Database ‘Acctivate.'"
Sometimes after an update or a server change, a user may receive an error preventing them from logging into Acctivate. To resolve this error see this article.
Execute with results failed for Database ‘Acctivate’ is a SQL server related issue. Essentially, Acctivate tried to execute a command to SQL and failed.
If you receive "Execute with results failed for Database ‘Acctivate’" try rebooting SQL server on the server to see if that fixes the problem. You may also consider rebooting the server if rebooting SQL doesn't work.
If a reboot doesn't fix, contact support for further troubleshooting.
