There are a few things that could cause this error to occur. Make sure that your Web Store is sending the proper specifications for the Web Store sync as laid out in the [Native Web Store](https://help.acctivate.com/learn/webstore/native/) article if you are using the Native template mapping. If you are using one of our supported [Web Stores](https://help.acctivate.com/learn/webstore/) and have mapped it using a default template for that web store, then there may be an issue with your connection to the web store server.
