FAQs
Why is Acctivate crashing when printing sales order forms?
If you are experiencing crashes when printing orders or invoices, check the details here.
This problem may be related to a large branch logo. Instead of loading the image one time, Crystal Reports loads the image for each line (record) on the sales order or invoice. The Crystal Reports temporary file is limited to 2 GB and it will crash when this limit is reached. You may also receive an “Invalid Seek Address” error immediately before it crashes.
The workaround is to reduce the dimensions and/or quality of your logo file or place the image directly on the report using Crystal Reports. We recommend that you place the image directly on the report using Crystal Reports if your sales orders typically have a lot of line items since the problem gets worse on larger sales orders.
