Locating credentials to install Acctivate.
Acctivate ID and Password required during installation.
Users are required to enter in their Acctivate ID and Password during the installation of Acctivate on the server. Your Acctivate ID and Password were provided during the initial registration of Acctivate and should be located at the bottom of your receipt. If you aren’t aware of your Acctivate ID and Password, please contact Acctivate Support.
Your Acctivate ID and Password are case sensitive. In the event you receive the message, below, verify you have entered in your ID and Password with the proper Case.
"An Acctivate license was not found for that ID and password. Please check the ID and password and try again."
