How do I set a Business Activity email template default?

Go to Configuration Manager > Business Activities > Activity Options and select from the Message Template drop down menu.

Once email templates have been set up (see the Email Templates help article), the default template can be defined in Configuration Manager > Business Activities > Activity Options. To set the Template, click Edit then select the desired default template from the Message Template drop down menu.
