Class missing from Additional Info tab of Sales Order entry
Class Tracking option in QuickBooks Online must be configured to "One to entire transaction" to show the Class for the Sales Order in Acctivate
If the Class drop-down on the Additional Info tab of a Sales Order is missing, it may be due to a change in QuickBooks Online settings. Specifically, adjusting the Assign classes option to "One to each row in transaction" under Account and Settings > Advanced > Categories can cause this issue.
To restore the Class drop-down in Acctivate, follow these steps:

In QuickBooks Online, navigate to Settings ⚙️ > Account and Settings.

Select the Advanced tab.

Locate the Categories section.

Be sure to toggle the Track classes on.

Change the Assign classes setting to "One to entire transaction".

Save the changes and close QuickBooks Online.

Switch to Acctivate and Sync with QuickBooks. Other users may need to Restart Acctivate to refresh this option.

Check the Sales Order's Additional Info tab to see the Class drop-down.
