Clear Acctivate website cookies

The Acctivate team uses HubSpot for marketing and support tickets. Sometimes cookies may need to be cleared and reset.

If instructed by an Acctivate team member, you may need to clear the third-party cookies used by the HubSpot platform. These cookies are used to prefill forms with your contact information. You need to clear the cookies if you had previously completed a form on behalf of someone else.

Instructions for Google Chrome

1. Open https://acctivate.com in Google Chrome
2. Click the View Site Information button to the left of acctivate.com in the address bar
3. Click Cookies and site data, then Manage on-device site data
4. Scroll down and click the trash icon to remove hsforms.com
5. Scroll down and click the trash icon to remove hubspot.com (if it appears)
6. Click Done then Reload the page

Instructions for Microsoft Edge

1. Open https://acctivate.com in Microsoft Edge
2. Click the View Site Information button to the left of acctivate.com in the address bar
3. Click Cookies and site data, then Cookies
4. Scroll down and select hsforms.com and click Remove
5. Scroll down and select hubspot.com (if it appears) and click Remove
6. Click Done then Reload the page
