How do I Create a Business Activity from a record in Acctivate?

Acctivate allows you to easily create business activities straight from just about any record in the program. The full list of records you can create a Business Activity for is as follows:

• Customers
• Sales Orders
• Products
• Vendors
• Purchase Orders

To quickly create an Activity from a record, just do the following:

1. Open the record in list windows, located on the left-hand bar in Acctivate.
2. Click on "Create"
3. Select "Business Activity"

This will create a business activity with your chosen record as a related item.
