Creating a Business Activity from a record.
Acctivate allows you to create Business Activities straight from just about any record in Acctivate. This includes customers, transactions, products and more. This short article will explain how to do so.
Acctivate allows you to easily create business activities straight from just about any record in the program. The full list of records you can create a Business Activity for is as follows:
- Customers
- Sales Orders
- Products
- Vendors
- Purchase Orders
To quickly create an Activity from a record, just do the following:
- Open the record in list windows, located on the left-hand bar in Acctivate.
- Click on "Create"
- Select "Business Activity"
This will create a business activity with your chosen record as a related item.
