Create Reorders window
The Create Reorders window is used to review and finalize product reorder information before batch creating Purchase Orders.
The Create Reorders window can be accessed from the Purchasing menu or by selecting products in the Inventory Manager and using the Reorder action to add them to the Create Reorders window. The Manage Reorders purchasing permission is required.
Adding Products
1. If you need to add products manually to the Create Reorders window, click on "Add Products" in the top left corner and select the products you'd like to add.
2. After you selected the products you'd like to add, click on Action > Create Reorders.
3. Click Save in the bottom right corner to save your changes.
Creating POs
1. Check the products that you want to create the PO for and click Create POs.
2. Click Yes whenever it asks you "All changes must be saved before creating POs. Save and continue?"
3. After that, it will display how many POs will be created, if it looks correct to you, click yes.
4. The POs have been successfully created.
