"Create Shipments'" is missing from the Packaging drop down menu

In Version 12.3, the "Create Shipments" button is now accessible from Order Manager. Open Order manager, check the Orders you need to create a Shipment for, and select Action > Create Shipments.

"Create Shipments" is now accessible from Order Manager. To create new Shipments, open Order Manager, check the orders that you need to create shipments for, and select Action > Create Shipments.
