The web store sync with eBay and Shopify will include a check to see if any customer has requested their data be redacted. If any such request exists, Acctivate will flag that customer's open Acctivate records, listed below, as pending redaction.
The web store sync will also process the pending redaction requests. Any sales orders and related records that are completed and pending redaction will have the customer's sensitive data redacted.
