About EDI 180 (Return Merchandise Authorization)
The EDI 180 is used to initiate and authorize product returns between trading partners.
Acctivate does not include functionality to import or export this document type through its standard EDI integration.
If your trading partner requires an RMA process, you may need to:
-
Manage returns manually within Acctivate using the Credit Memo or Sales Return process.
-
Coordinate with your EDI provider or VAN (Value-Added Network) to handle RMA transactions outside of Acctivate.
