How do I Resolve "Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.tbGLAccount'" for Intacct?
If you are using Acctivate for Intacct accounting software, please contact support if you are getting a duplicate GL Account error message.
Occasionally, syncing between Intacct and Acctivate will result in the error message below. In this case, please contact Support to remove the duplicate GL Accord record in the database.
Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.tbGLAccount'
with unique index 'IX_Account'. The duplicate key value is
(xxxxx). The statement has been terminated.
