Why is my Endicia Post-Back Package not Coming into Acctivate?
If shipments are not created in Acctivate (no tracking numbers coming over), and the data postback mapping is configured correctly, check the Date format on the order.
If in Endicia, orders come into Endicia and mapping is correct for the data postback to Acctivate, but the package is not being created in Acctivate, the Date on the shipment may not be formatted correctly. Acctivate requires the date field to be a Date, not Datetime field. If the date field comes in from Endicia as a Datetime field, please contact Endicia Support to assist in changing the SQL postback, or contact Acctivate Support for more information.
