Error running report. Can't find u25total.dll file received when attempting to run a custom report.
Legacy versions of Crystal Reports used the u25total.dll component to summarize data in reports. This component is no longer in use in the current version of Crystal Reports used by Acctivate. This article will explain how to work around this.
Acctivate currently uses Crystal Reports framework version 13 SP33, which does not include the u25total.dll component file for reporting anymore. Old versions of Crystal Reports used this component file for summarizing data. The current version of Crystal includes a "Running Total" function which is now used to summarize data in reports.
To resolve this, you can try to locate a version of the u25total.dll and copy it into the computer's \Windows\Crystal Reports directory, but it is recommended to instead update the old reports to use running totals instead.
