The Enter Product and the Product List window will display an On Transfer quantity when the product is added to an Inventory Transfer transaction in which the transaction is not posted. If you are unsure as to which Inventory Transfer your product is on, there are two ways in which you can research the transactions.
1. Review old Inventory Transfers
Open the Enter Transfer window and select the Lookup button to view all open/unposted transfers. 
It may be a good idea to review and delete old Transfer transactions if these transactions won't be posted.
2. Use the Product List window to view transactions that are in a "draft" status
- On the left-hand pane, select the Products button to open the Product List.
- Search for the product in question.
- Click on the Transactions tab on the Product List window.
- Here, you can view open transactions. In this screenshot, you can see the draft transfer, and the session number of the transaction.
* Clicking on the session of the transaction will open the related Transaction window, where you can select to edit the transaction.
