[Reports](https://hub.acctivate.com/articles/troubleshoot?hsLang=en#reports) April 10, 2025 # Why are graphs not appearing on Dashboard Reports? ## Some tips on why your graphs may not be appearing If you print a report containing a bar graph, and it shows you everything except for the graph, you are probably missing a needed DLL file. To resolve this issue, contact the Acctivate Support Team and refer to this article so they can provide you with a zip file containing the necessary DLLs. 1. Once you receive the zip file, extract it into the C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\Crystal Decisions\\2.5\\bin directory on the computer that is experiencing the issue. 2. You will then need to click on the Windows Start menu and click “Run”. 3. Copy and paste the following command, in the “Open” box and click OK: Regsvr32 “C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\Crystal Decisions\\2.5\\bin\\CRAnalyzer.dll” 4.
