"Guid should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes" when opening the Enter Assemblies window.
If you receive the error in this ticket, you simply need to reselect the default Assembly Work Order form.
When opening the Enter Assemblies window or the Inventory Forms section of the Configuration Manager, if you receive the error below you simply need to re-select the Assembly Work Order form.
Guid should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).
To resolve:

Login to File > Configuration Management > Inventory > Forms. You may receive the error in this article when you select Forms - click OK on the exception error to dismiss it.
- Click Edit and then re-select the form next to the Assembly Work Order label - even if there is already a form selected, click the dropdown and select it again.
- Click Save.
