How do I change the contact on a Sales Order in Acctivate?

Need to update the contact person listed on a Sales Order? This article explains how to change it quickly.

To change the contact on a Sales Order, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Sales Order you wish to update.

  2. Click Edit at the top of the window.

  3. In the Contact section on the left of the window, click the dropdown arrow at the top right of the box.

  4. Select a different contact from the list of available contacts associated with the customer.

  5. You may also manually key in contact information into the box, if the contact should only be used for this specific order.

  6. Save the Sales Order once you've selected the correct contact.
