How to download the ScreenConnect client for Acctivate Remote Support

As of June 11, ConnectWise now requires end users to download a Zip file and extract the contents before connecting to the session. 

Please follow the steps from ConnectWise's documentation. Scroll down to the section named joining a ScreenConnect session (end users):

  1. In your Downloads folder, double-click on ScreenConnect.WindowsClient.zip
  2. Extract all the files in ScreenConnect.WindowsClient.zip
  3. Select a location to extract the files
  4. Run ScreenConnect.Client.exe
