How to enable inventory export in the webstore sync

Modify the webstore template and set "Export Inventory" to Yes, and update each Product to "Available On Web"

The Acctivate webstore sync can export the Warehouse "Availability" for all products that are set as "Available On Web". By Default, Acctivate will total the availability from warehouses for a product, but you can specifying certain Warehouses when exporting as well.

New Shopify & WooCommerce webstore connectors:

  1. Select File > Configuration Management > Services > Shopify/WooCommerce.
  2. Select the "Export Inventory" tab.
  3. Click "Edit" to go into Edit mode.
  4. Enable "Export Inventory".
  5. Save changes.

Native Template, Other, & Legacy webstore connectors:

  1. Open the Web Store Sync window.
  2. Click "Configure...".
  3. Select your webstore template and click Edit.
  4. Click "Next" until you reach the Options section.
  5. Set "Export Inventory" to "Yes".
  6. Save changes.
