Locations must be enabled and created in QuickBooks Online and then configured in Acctivate. 1. [Set up and use location tracking in QuickBooks Online.](https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/track-location/set-use-location-tracking/L2raFkEBC_US_en_US?uid=lsz2wti2) 2. Sync Acctivate with QuickBooks Online so that the Location list appears in Acctivate. Select **QuickBooks \> Sync with QuickBooks \> Start Sync**. 3. In QuickBooks Online, you can now track Sales & Purchasing and Inventory locations using the following reports: - Purchases by Location Detail - Profit and Loss by Location - Sales by Location Summary -
