How to Install or Update Acctivate on Right Works

End users cannot Install or Update Acctivate on Right Works due to user permissions and configuration settings.

Please contact the Right Works support team to assist with new Acctivate installations or configurations. The Acctivate Support team cannot assist with this process due to permissions and unique configuration. 

Acctivate updates are scheduled by the Acctivate Support and Right Works teams. Typically, all Acctivate customers using Right Works are updated at once after the release of a new Service Pack 1.
