How to review which User Entered or Changed a Status for a Sales Order

The "Info" section on the Sales Order List window shows "Entered" and "Status Changed". This may be user for determining which Acctivate User created or changed the status for an order.

  1. Select Sales > Sales Order List
  2. Select or Search for a Sales Order
  3. The Info section on the right pane window will display "Entered" and "Status Changed":
  • Entered: When the Sales Order was Entered.
  • Status Changed: When the Workflow Status last changed.
