Using the "Link to..." dropdown to save emails to a Document
"Message was sent, would you like to save it?" may occur when saving emails that are not linked to a Document.
"Message was sent, would you like to save it?" may occur when saving emails that are not linked to a Document. This popup typically after you send an email from a report that was previews from the Reports Catalog window. i.e., Reports > Inventory Management > Warehouse > Inventory Valuation.
After you send an email, you will receive the message below. Select "Yes" if you want to save the email and link it to a Document in Acctivate. Select "No" to avoid saving the email. The email is still sent for both options.
Selecting "Yes" to save the message will instruct the user to click the "Link to..." button on the bottom right of the compose email message window, allowing you to link the email to a specific Document in Acctivate.
