"No valid detail records could be found" when trying to load items from a receipt to the landed cost window

Users may receive the following message when trying to use the Load Items button to load product lines from a Receipt or Receipts from PO:

Please ensure that the products on the receipt(s) are Inventoried and NOT using Standard cost.
