Why am I getting the message “Only one sales order may be opened from the Product Detail…”

This message is returned when you attempt to open more than one sales order from within the product window’s history tab.

While using Acctivate, you may have encountered the following message:


This block was set up in Acctivate version 7.0 as a way of preventing components within Acctivate’s product window from failing or stalling the program and is returned when you attempt to open more than one sales order from within the product window’s history tab. The best way around this is to only open one sales order at a time, or pull up additional orders via the Sales Order icon on the toolbar.
