Customizing Columns on Transaction Windows

New to 12.2 is the ability to add and remove columns on the transaction windows. Use the Options button above the grid to hide/show optional columns.

With the changes to the transaction window grid in 12.2 comes the ability for Acctivate users to customize the columns that are displayed. If a certain column does/does not apply to your business, you can now add/remove it from view to simplify the data shown. 

Please Note: Any changes to the columns on a transaction window are saved per user. 

Columns can be changed using the Option button located on the right side of the transaction window. Simply click Options and then hover your cursor over Show Columns and then click to check and uncheck the fields you'd like to show/hide.

  • Inventory Receipt
  • Inventory Adjustment
  • Inventory Balance Adjustment
  • Inventory Issue
  • Inventory Transfer
  • Inventory Assembly
  • Landed Cost
