What permission is required for importing products using the Import Data utility

In order to use the Import Data utility to import new products or update existing products, you'll need to have the Product user permission set to 'Maintain'.

An Acctivate System Administrator will need to review this permission in Configuration Manager, and then expand the User section.  Select the user in question, then expand Inventory, then find the Product permission.  Edit, modify this permission as necessary, then save Configuration Manager.  

We recommend the user you just modified the permissions for close and reopen Acctivate.
