This sync error means that the Document Number, i.e., the Invoice Number, PO Invoice Number, or Journal Reference Number already exists in QuickBooks Online for another transaction or may be a duplicate.

To resolve this error, it's suggested to compare the Acctivate transaction with the QuickBooks Online transaction that shares the same Document Number.

If the transactions are different and simply share the same Document Number, you can consider renaming the Document Number in QuickBooks Online, allowing the new Acctivate transaction to sync. If this sync error frequently occurs for you, you can consider updating your Acctivate Document Numbers  to help reduce the chances of encountering an already used Document Number in QuickBooks Online.
