Unable to retrieve list of attachments from Microsoft 365: Could not refresh OneDrive access token
If you receive a "Could not refresh OneDrive access token" error when opening windows in Acctivate, your Microsoft authentication has expired. You'll need to reconnect Acctivate to access your OneDrive or SharePoint files.
If the Microsoft OneDrive access token expires, Acctivate may display an error message when opening windows that retrieve attachments from OneDrive. This can occur if your organization's security policies require multi-factor authentication renewal.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

Open Configuration Management from the File menu in Acctivate.

Navigate to Services > File Storage.

Click Edit on the toolbar

Click Disconnect from Microsoft 365.

Click Connect and sign in to your Microsoft 365 account.

Re-select your OneDrive folder for attachments. Refer to our article on selecting your OneDrive or SharePoint folder.

Click Save on the Toolbar, and asks other users to restart Acctivate if necessary.
Future Fix
A future update to Acctivate will include a "Refresh" button in the File Storage settings to make it easier to renew the connection when the access token expires..
