Re-linking Acctivate to QuickBooks Online.

If you remove the Acctivate app from the QuickBooks Online My Apps page and need to re-link Acctivate, perform the following steps:

  1. Use the Window's Start menu to open Acctivate Database Maintenance
  2. In Acctivate Database Maintenance, use the Database menu to select Database Info
  3. Click on the Acctivate company that was previously linked with your QuickBooks Online company.
  4. In the QuickBooks Company File section, click Connect to QuickBooks.

Clicking Connect to QuickBooks will open a browser and take you to the Intuit sign in page where you will sign into your Intuit account and select your QuickBooks Online company.

Note: In versions prior to 12.1, use the Reset Link button.
