Re-linking Acctivate to QuickBooks Online
If you remove the Acctivate app from the QuickBooks Online My Apps page and need to re-link Acctivate, perform the following steps:
- Use the Windows Start menu to open Acctivate Database Maintenance
- In Acctivate Database Maintenance, use the Database menu to select Database Info
- Click on the Acctivate company that was previously linked with your QuickBooks Online company
- In the QuickBooks Company File section, click Connect to QuickBooks
Clicking 'Connect to QuickBooks' will open a browser and take you to the Intuit sign in page where you will sign into your Intuit account and select your QuickBooks Online company.
Note: In versions prior to 12.1, use the Reset Link button.
