A Contact ID is Required – Pop-Up in Edit Customer Window

When entering a new contact in the Edit Customer window, the Contact ID will now be required. This is a required field and must contain a different ID for each contact within a customer record.

Beginning with Acctivate version 12.0 sp3, entering a new contact in the Edit Customer window will now require a Contact ID. If a Contact ID is entered prior to the name, the system will automatically populate the Name field with the Contact ID, and vice versa. Additionally, for contacts created before version 12.0 sp3 that lack a Contact ID, it will now be mandatory to enter a Contact ID when editing and saving their information.

To prevent the pop-up message from appearing, you need to enter a Contact ID.
