Resolving the "Provided edit sequence is out of date" sync error.
If you're getting this synchronization error, take these steps.
The following error may appear in your QuickBooks synchronization log.
Submit Customer Batch: error while modifying customer Mike Smith {A9E2E1DE-A8F1-4BC4-B03D-230E56253455}: The provided edit sequence “1294164629” is out-of-date.
This is likely a problem with modifications to the Customer and/or job in QuickBooks during the synchronization, although it may also affect invoices as well. This message indicates that Acctivate was unable to modify the record in QuickBooks because it has been modified since we originally retrieved the record from QuickBooks.
You should be able to synchronize again to resolve this problem.
