Resolving QuickBooks Online sync errors due to a Journal Number already being used.

During sync with QuickBooks Online, Acctivate will create new journals and assign the Next journal number from the Acctivate journal sequence. If this number is already used, you may receive a sync error.

During sync with QuickBooks Online, Acctivate will create new journals and assign the Next journal number from the Acctivate journal sequence defined in the Company Numbers section of Configuration Manager.

If the journal number assigned is already assigned to another unrelated journal, for example a journal entered in the past that is for a different transaction, you will receive a sync error if the QuickBooks Online option "Warn if duplicate journal number is used" is enabled.

Currently, it is recommended that the Warn if duplicate journal number is used option in QuickBooks is enabled.

In this scenario, it's recommended to rename the QuickBooks Online journal number, for example append it with "_1" which will allow the Acctivate journal to sync.
