The Acctivate team is aware of an issue with attaching or viewing documents in SmartVault within Acctivate after updating SmartVault to the October 2023 update.  However, in the meantime you may revert to an older version of SmartVault. (Version 23.106.114.16144) to restore functionality. Please follow the following steps to revert to an older version of SmartVault: 1\. In File Explorer, go to %appdata% 2\. Open the SmartVault folder 3\. Open Backup 4\. The previous version should be present here under a folder: 23.106.114.16144 5\. Copy the files/folders from this location to the Program Files (x86)\\SmartVault folder Before installing SmartVault updates in the future, refer back to this article for an update on the status. **August 2024 update:** We have been notified by SmartVault that a fix for this issue will be available after October 2024. -
