SmartVault integration issues

Some users may be having difficulties with attaching and viewing documents for SmartVault in Acctivate after updating to the October 2023 SmartVault release.

The Acctivate team is aware of an issue with attaching or viewing documents in SmartVault within Acctivate after updating SmartVault to the October 2023 update. We are currently working on an a fix.

However, in the meantime you may revert to an older version of SmartVault. (Version 23.106.114.16144) to restore functionality.

Please follow the following steps to revert to an older version of SmartVault:

1. In File Explorer, go to %appdata%

2. Open the SmartVault folder

3. Open Backup

4. The previous version should be present here under a folder: 23.106.114.16144

5. Copy the files/folders from this location to the Program Files (x86)\SmartVault folder
