What does the message "The given path's format is not supported" mean for my FTP EDI folder?
If you have FTP folders enabled for your EDI Trading Partners and are receiving a message configure the folder in Configuration Manager, but receive the message "The given path's format is not supported" please see the guide below.
If after adding the FTP folder credentials, for the EDI FTP folder setup in Configuration Manager, if you receive the message below when clicking the "Test import" or "Test export" buttons, check the FTP file path. The filepath directory is usually a set structure determined by your VAN. Be sure any slashes (/ or \) or other characters are entered exactly the same. If it still does not work, try accessing the FTP folder in another app outside of Acctivate. If you cannot access, contact your VAN to check if the FTP folder is down.
