Updating Acctivate Mobile WMS
Software updates for Acctivate Mobile WMS will be released alongside most Acctivate updates. These updates may impact the Acctivate Mobile WMS Web Service and/or the Acctivate Mobile WMS software installed on each device.
The Acctivate Mobile Web Service is used to bridge the Acctivate Android app and Acctivate desktop software.
To ensure seamless interaction between the two, the Acctivate Mobile Web Service should be updated anytime a Acctivate is updated.

Download Acctivate Updates
New software updates are published to the Acctivate Downloads page. Download both the latest Acctivate Installer and the Mobile Server Update, which can be located under the Acctivate Mobile Web Service section of the Downloads page.

Update Acctivate Desktop
Run the Acctivate desktop update first. This can be performed on any computer with Acctivate already installed. After it completes, it's recommended you log into your Acctivate company since there can be a final upgrade step that runs after the install.
- Update Acctivate Mobile Web Service
Finally, run the Mobile Server Update file. This update must be installed on the computer where the web service is currently installed. The web service will only be installed on one computer. - Update the Acctivate Android App
New updates will be published to the Google Play store when they become available. Your Android device may be configured to automatically download and install these updates as they become available. If not, search for the Acctivate in the Google Play store and download the update.
