[Sales Order Manager](https://hub.acctivate.com/articles/sales?hsLang=en#sales-order-manager) April 10, 2025 # Using Order Manager to delete Orders whose Order Number contains a certain keyword ## Use Order Manager to see Orders based on certain criteria and batch delete It is simple to delete all Orders whose Order Numbers contain a certain keyword. For example, deleting all Orders with Order Numbers that contain "CAT", end with "Z" or that start with "5". 1. Click the **=** to the right of the orange box and select how you want to search. Click **Apply** and the Order Numbers matching your search query will be returned. 8. If you wish to cancel all the Orders matching your criteria, you can select the checkbox at the top of the list of results to select all results.
