How to Use the Mobile Assembly Module.

Mobile Inventory Assembly is available in both Windows and Android. Please click here to quickly scroll to the Windows section.

Before beginning mobile assemblies, the admin user will need to decide if they would like Assemblies posted from the mobile device or only Created and Saved from the device(s).  To access this option, go to File > Configuration Manager > Mobile > Inventory Assemblies > Submitting assemblies on the Acctivate desktop app.  To allow users to post assemblies check the available box, to disallow un-check the box next to 'Allow posting assemblies from the mobile device'.

    3. Select from a list of open assemblies.
    4. Create a new assembly session.

      2. You can delete a product by holding down the line you'd like to delete for approximately two seconds. A black bar will appear at the top of the screen and a "Delete" button will be located in the top right.
    3. You can click the Pencil icon on the assembly product to open the assembly info screen.
      1. From here you can enter in the location the product will be assembled into if using multiple location.
      2. You can also enter the quantity being assembled, and if the assembly product is a process assembly, you can enter the yield.

    4. You can click the product tag on the assembly product to open the product info screen.
    5. You can click on the individual rows to enter the component detail screen.

      2. If the product is lot controlled you can either scan a Lot number barcode to add the lot number or click the #+ button to enter the lot entry screen. You can add as many lots as needed.
        1. In this screen you can enter or search for the lot number, enter in the quantity used for the lot and select the location if using multiple location.
    6. Once finished with the assembly session, you can click the checkmark in the top right corner.
      1. You'll be given a summary of the session including quick information such as session number, date, warehouse, qty, yield and more.
      2. From here you can slide the slider to the right to post the assembly session (if posting from mobile is enabled.)
      3. You can set the workflow status entered.
      4. You can choose the Split radio button to split off unassembled quantities into their own session.

Assuming you have all components in stock the assembly will post, and you'll be returned to the Inventory Assembly main screen. If the assembly has any errors such as out of stock components, the assembly session will be saved and can be re-opened or posted on desktop.
