"T" Taxable column and its visibility on sales orders
When a customer is taxable, a tax column shows in the Enter Sales Order window, otherwise it is hidden.
In US edition companies, a taxable column will appear in the far right of the sales order grid if the customer is taxable. Each taxable line will have a checkmark in this column and can be checked (taxable) or unchecked (non-taxable) as needed.
If the customer's tax code for this order is not taxable, the column will be hidden since no tax will be charged on any sales order lines.
You can view and toggle customer's tax code for the order on the Customer tab, or you can set the customer's default tax code by opening the Edit Customer window and clicking on the Tax Info tab on the left side.
You can also view the current customer tax code on the Customer tab of the Enter Sales Order window.
