Delete products from warehouses in bulk

Using Acctivate's Inventory Manager, you can quickly delete product warehouse records in bulk for when products are no longer stocked in a warehouse.

If you're needing to remove product warehouse records in bulk, you can use the Inventory Manager window to quickly delete a bunch of warehouse records at once. 

We can also use Quick Filters to quickly filter down our list of products to only the ones we want the warehouse record deleted from. We're deleting from our Fort Worth warehouse, as you can see from the button we have selected below.

For our example, we've checked off a few products:

From here, we'll go to Action > Delete Warehouses

Acctivate will pop-up a confirmation box. If there are any issues, those warehouse records will be skipped, and the ones that can be deleted will get deleted:

Product warehouses cannot be deleted if there is quantity, or if the product is in use on a component list. 

After confirming, the product warehouse records will be deleted, removing that warehouse from the product.
