Introduction to Acctivate's Inventory Manager

The Inventory Manager is a new powerful tool that allows you to quickly see inventory levels as well as key product information at a glance. The Inventory manager also allows for some bulk actions as well as quickly reordering and building.

New to Acctivate version 12.3 comes a powerful new Manager window called the Inventory Manager. The Inventory manager will allow you to view key product information such as list price, type, class, etc. as well as stocking levels, availability, scheduled, etc. 

The Inventory Manager comes preloaded with many different bars for your convenience, but like other managers, custom views and buttons can be created. 

The following bars are preloaded for you to use:

  • Product Classes: Contains buttons that filter by product for each product class.
  • Product Types: Contains buttons that filter by product for each product type. 
  • Warehouses: Contains buttons that filter by product warehouse record for each warehouse. 
  • Restocking: Contains buttons for products that need restocking, reordering, and building. 

Specific Inventory Manager functions:

  • Bulk printing of product info/product labels.
  • Bulk updating of product statuses.
  • Bulk deletion of product warehouse records.
  • Using Inventory Manager for re-orders.
  • Using Inventory Manager for bulk building of assemblies.
