Updating product statuses in bulk

Using Acctivate's Inventory Manager, you can quickly update the status of multiple products at one time. You can make them active/inactive, discontinued or available on web.

If you're needing to update product statuses in bulk, you can use the Inventory Manager window to quickly update a bunch of product statuses at once. 

For our example, we're creating a custom bar with a custom button that shows all of our products. Our button properties look like so:

This will pull all active, not discontinued inventory or assembly product. Using this new bar, we could filter it even more with the use of a Quick Filter. 

Now we can click the checkbox in the top left hand corner to check off all products and then go to Action > Update Product Statuses

A new window will appear which will allow you to change the Active, Discontinued and Available on web for the checked off products.

After clicking OK you'll receive a confirmation that X number of products had their desired statuses updated.
